With September in full swing, the weather changes, and football season begins. Today, the NFL officially kicks off the 2024 season, and lining up with this new start for the 32 franchises is an announcement from Pittsburgh Steelers backup QB Justin Fields and Reebok, who he signed with in 2023. The duo is officially launching Fields’ first footwear collection, comprising the FloatZig 1, Nano X4, and the Zig Dynamica 2.0, the latter coming exclusively in kids sizing. This news comes on the heels of Reebok’s first collection of footwear and apparel from Angel Reese, who recently helped debut the brand’s upcoming Engine A sneaker.
First up in the collection is the versatile Nano X4, Reebok’s premier training shoe built for both strength and agility. Next is the FloatZig 1, Reebok’s newly introduced running shoe, known for its cushioned Zig midsole and responsive design. Rounding out the collection is the kids-only Zig Dynamica 2.0, which comes in a similar color palette as the adult pairs. Each sneaker in the collection comes with custom insoles that display the mantra, "Evening the Playing Fields,” a nod to the Justin Fields Foundation. All three pairs feature a black and red color scheme accented by white hits on select details.
As part of Reebok’s Human Rights Now! campaign, the collaboration celebrates Field’s positive influence through his Justin Fields Foundation, which focuses on youth empowerment, scholastic achievement, health, and leadership. To further this mission, Reebok is donating $30,000 to the foundation in conjunction with the collection’s launch, reinforcing its goal of supporting future athletes.
The Reebok x Justin Fields Collection will release on September 12, 2024, through Reebok and select retailers online and in-store. The retail prices are set at $150 for the Nano X4, $130 for the FloatZig 1, and $65 for the kids’ exclusive Zig Dynamica 2.0.
