Korean fashion label Kanghyuk, renowned for its avant-garde designs and innovative use of materials, continues to make waves in the footwear industry. Known for its previous collaborations, including a successful partnership with Crocs on the Classic Clog in 2023, Kanghyuk is back with another exciting project. This time, the brand teams up with Crocs to release a two-pack of Echo Clogs inspired by vehicle airbags.
The Kanghyuk x Crocs Echo Clog Pack features two striking colorways: White Red and White Blue. Both versions share an identical construction and colorblocking. The Croslite Foam upper is adorned with a custom net pattern that maintains the iconic perforations for breathability. Custom Jibbitz, designed to resemble airbag valves and deploy mechanisms, add a unique touch to these clogs.
The sports mode strap features stitching details in the respective hues of each colorway, with a metallic silver finish at the strap's end. Kanghyuk branding is prominently displayed on the heel in the same color as the stitching. The design is completed with a painted sole, coming in tonal hues for both pairs.
The Kanghyuk x Crocs Echo Clog Pack will release in July 2024 through Crocs and select retailers online and in-store. An EQL raffle will open up tomorrow, July 16, via Crocs. Coming in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $80. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
