Taking their design inspirations from racing, luxury, and classic vehicles, Kar L’Art de L’Automobile has made a name for themselves in the streetwear world. After landing collaborations with Vans and Carhartt, the French streetwear brand is linking up with Salomon on two colorways of the Salomon ACS Pro Advanced.
Salomon's lifestyle model gets built with its usual mesh and synthetic materials, this time however, being covered in the three colors of a traffic light, red, yellow, and green. The entire mesh base gets a red makeover alongside details on the tongue, laces, and heel. Synthetic overlays creating panels throughout appear in yellow, accented by the green side cage, eyestays, sockliner, and mudguard. On the toe, Salomon branding sits below a Kar L’Art de L’Automobile tongue tag in black. Back towards the heel, another Salomon hit is present in red lettering. Underfoot, all three colors are present with the midsole appearing in green and red while the outsole takes on a yellow look.
A pink and blue pair has also been unveiled, set to drop alongside the green-based pair. Similar in construction and design, this pair however features a gradient design on the upper, fading from pink to blue. Black accents finish things off for the second colorway.
The Kar L’Art de L’Automobile x Salomon ACS Pro Advanced Pack is set to release on June 25th, 2022 through Salomon, Kar L'Art de L'Automobile, and select retailers online and in-store.
