Maison Margiela Turns Salomon's XT-4 Into a Mule

Bridging the gap between high fashion and outdoor performance, the partnership between French fashion house Maison Margiela and outdoor specialists Salomon has produced some notable sneaker collaborations. This time, the pair have ventured into uncharted territory, converting Salomon's acclaimed XT-4 trail runner into a stylish mule.
The MM6 Maison Margiela x Salomon XT-4 Mules honor the performance heritage of the XT-4 while incorporating Maison Margiela's signature design elements. The silhouette retains its typical TPU and synthetic upper, now adorned with Margiela's iconic number branding on the toe box. The mule’s color palette offers options for every aesthetic preference. One variant showcases a blend of tan and brown complemented by bright blue, red, and yellow accents. Alternatively, another colorway presents a mix of white and green, punctuated by striking hits of red, blue, yellow, and purple. The trail-ready ACS-laden sole unit remains intact, topped off with a black outsole ready for outdoor exploration.
