Boston’s very own New Balance has thrust forward into the limelight for a large chunk of the sneaker community by making waves with new silhouettes and spot-on collaborative efforts from Aime Leon Dore, Joe Freshgoods, and many more. It seems the brand is digging into the archives for some of their newest releases as Images recently emerged of an updated version of the New Balance 580v2, which already has appeared in a White Green Yellow makeup. Now the silhouette has surfaced in an all-over Orange colorway.
Unlike the recently leaked leather pair, this 580 V2 takes on an all-over burnt orange suede with black accents seen throughout. On the toe, multiple layers of orange suede sit nearby the black laces running up an orange mesh tongue. Atop this sits an “NB 580” branded tongue tag, though more black hits are visible on the midfoot's N logo, plastic overlay, sockliner, and heel tab. Underfoot, a white foam midsole with a grey Rollbar placed on the heel is paired with a black rubber outsole.
The New Balance 580 V2 Orange is slated to release in 2022 through New Balance and select NB retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, the retail price is TBA.
