Nike Basketball's archives are filled with illustrious silhouettes that have made a mark on the court and the streets. Among them, the Nike Air Flight Huarache stands tall, boasting a legacy since its debut in the early '90s. Joining the slew of baroque brown-based sneakers like the Dunk High, Air Max 2 CB 94, Air More Uptempo, and Air Penny 2, this "Reverse Mocha" esque color scheme (playing into the famous colorway from Travis Scott and Jordan Brand) is coming to the Eric Avar and Tinker Hatfield-designed Air Flight Huarache.
Setting the tone, this Nike Air Flight Huarache flaunts suede panels bathed in a gentle light tan, crafting a balance with the sail shades of the underlying layers. The warmth of brown drenches the TPU heel counter and collar, providing a bold contrast that complements the subtler coconut milk tone of the neoprene bootie. The insole prominently showcases a Nike-branded basketball graphic as a nod to its basketball lineage and connects it to its brown-tinted counterparts. Down below, the sneaker boasts a dual-colored foam midsole in sail and brown, working seamlessly with a contrasting red and sail rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Flight Huarache Reverse Mocha will release October 2023 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizes, the sneakers will retail for $125.
