The biggest complaint most people have with the Nike Air Force 1 is how easy it is to crease. Some people ball so hard that they rock their all-whites once and toss 'em because of it, ie Dr. Dre, DJ Clark Kent, and Fat Joe, to name a few. For the majority of us, we have to keep on keepin’ on, rocking our forces till the wheels fall off. Or, until we can cop another fresh pair.
Throughout the years Nike has experimented with various styles, materials, and constructions to help combat the creasing issue. Here in 2022, it’s still as prominent as ever. With that being said, the Swoosh is set to release the Nike Air Force 1 ‘07 Fresh edition, an updated AF1 that is being dubbed “crease-free.” Coming in the classic all-white and all-black iterations to start, this “Fresh” take on the classic 80s silhouette features premium leather covering the entire upper, including the lining. The build is made to maximize comfort as well as be durable enough to at least delay the creasing process dramatically. Even the insoles come fully perforated, allowing more air to breathe from your feet. Is this the answer we have all been waiting 40+ years for? Only time (and wear) will tell.
The Nike Air Force 1 ‘07 Fresh White is set to release on July 15th, 2022. It will drop at Nike as well as select retailers worldwide, both online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, retail is set at $130. Keep it locked to our Twitter andMobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
