Many may think of the AF1 and immediately picture the iconic “Triple White” colorway or infamous “Triple Black” rendition. However, Nike offers plenty of different versions of the model outside of those two classics. For its latest AF1 release, Nike has dressed the model in a “Multi-Color Velcro” set to come exclusively in kids sizing.
Covered in multi-color shades across its Velcro and leather construction, the silhouette features Velcro overlays along the mudguard and heel overlay in a tan hue. Contrasting these earthy shades are leather panels on the toebox, quarter panel, and heel tab which come in yellow, red, and blue, respectively. More Velcro overlays take over the lateral Nike Swoosh in a Tiffany blue-like hue while the medial side sticks to the traditional leather finish. Finally, the upper comes complete with white laces running through tan eyestays and a blue tongue featuring yellow Nike Air branding up top. Finishing the design is a white-on-white AF1 midsole and outsole. Included in the packaging are Velcro-backed patches that feature various kid-friendly Nike branded designs.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Multi-Color Velcro GS will release July 20 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. In grade school and pre-school sizing, the retail price is $100 and $80, respectively.
