In 1982, the Nike Air Force 1 made its debut. It was the first basketball shoe to feature Nike Air technology, which provided comfort and bounce, which was necessary for basketball players. As time passed and Nike continued to create more basketball sneakers with upgraded technology, the Air Force 1 left the basketball courts and became a streetwear staple. Fresh for the summer, Nike is releasing an all-new refreshing iteration of the Air Force 1 Low, dubbed Resort & Sport.
Dressed predominantly in summit white leather, the Nike Air Force 1 Low Resort and Sport has hits of bicoastal green via the custom branding on the tongue tag and insoles, terry cloth back heel tab, and embroidered Swoosh on the sides. The details in bicoastal further the Sport & Resort vibe with elements you would see if you were staying at a beach resort. All this sits atop a solid, white rubber sole with Air cushioning in the heel.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Resort & Sport will release on June 1, 2024, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in full-family sizing, retail is set at $125 (men), $100 (GS), $80 (PS), and $65 (TD).
