Coming off its 40th anniversary, the Nike Air Force 1 is still looking to have an eventful year in 2023 as the Bruce Kilgore-designed silhouette appeared in various new colorways before we even officially entered the new year and will supposedly see an official Terror Squad collaboration in the coming months. Looking more towards GR releases, The Swoosh will be giving the humble model a collegiate-Esque “White Team Red” makeover over the summer.
Taking on a tumbled leather finish across its entire upper, stark white shades appear on a majority of the panels while team red accents land on branding details. For the mudguard, toebox, eyestays, quarter panel, and heel overlay, white tumbled leather takes over and appears like your typical white-on-white AF1, though the lace dubrae near the vamp receives a golden finish for this colorway. Stark white laces and a tongue allow the “Nike Air” tag above to pop in its team red shade while the Swoosh and heel tab both follow suit with this accenting color. Underfoot, a chunky AF1 midsole and rubber outsole takes on a white-on-white appearance.
The Nike Air Force 1 ‘07 Low White Team Red is set to release Summer 2023 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $110.
