This Nike Air Force 1 Mid Comes Dressed In Military Blue
Updated on •PublishedOften considered the black sheep of the Air Force 1 family, Nike has big plans in place for the mid-top AF1 in light of the model's 40th Anniversary. While we’ve seen retros of colorways from years past, such as the “Independence Day” and “Ale Brown,” new designs are on the horizon. Borrowing from an iconic Air Jordan 4 colorway is the upcoming Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Military Blue.”
Dressing the silhouette is tumbled leather coming in a two-tone white and military blue makeup. Along the toebox, tongue, midfoot panel, collar, and sockliner is the aforementioned white, while overlays consisting of the mudguard, eyestays, lockdown strap, and heel take on the military blue color. Breaking up this two-tone look is the lace set coming in a light lavender, or as Nike would call it, “Doll.” Branding throughout, sans the heel tabs “Nike Air” text in white, partakes in the military blue palette. Rounding out the look is the white AF1 midsole and military blue rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Mid Military Blue W is set to release on August 30th, 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming exclusively in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $130.
