After checking out a bunch of brand new colorways, including the "Sanddrift," we're now taking our very first look at the Nike Air Huarache Craft "Lunar New Year." Celebrating Chinese New Year in style, this sneaker is simple yet striking at the same time and it packs a punch of color that's sure to turn heads wherever you go this LNY.
Giving the Tinker Hatfield classic a contemporary rework, the "Lunar New Year" boasts a multicolored neoprene sockliner that keeps in line with the theme. Black ribbons run down the tongue and heel for an extra rugged vibe, and around the back you'll find a glossy heel counter that offers up a futuristic aesthetic. White and sanddrift leather and suede make up the rest of the upper complete with safety orange Swooshes embroidered throughout, and this sits on top of a chunky sail Air cushioned midsole that seems to pay homage to the Beaverton-based brand's ACG and ISPA lines.
The Nike Air Huarache Craft Lunar New Year W will be a women's exclusive and will retail for $140 at Nike and select retailers when it finally releases next Spring 2023.
