Nike frequently reaches into its vault to revitalize archival silhouettes. Following this tradition, they resurrected the Nike Air Humara, a vintage outdoorsy model that has recently witnessed renewed interest thanks to the help of Jacquemus. While we’re still waiting on release details for the “Light Bone High Voltage” colorway, the “Oil Green” rendition will soon hit shelves.
The Nike Air Humara features a pristine white mesh base complemented by sturdy nylon and supple leather overlays for this iteration. A stark black leather is prominently featured on the mudguard and midfoot, creating a contrasting backdrop for the striking "oil green" panel that extends from the toe to the heel. The lacing system, equipped with white rope laces, is held in place by black and white nylon. Swoosh logos adorning the tongue tag, midfoot, and heel are all rendered in a vibrant shade of green Nike dubs “malachite.” Below, the cushioned white and green midsole ensures comfort, while a lugged black rubber outsole completes the look.
The Nike Air Humara Oil Green will release August 22, 2023, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
