Just before we give way to the summer in favor of fall, Nike is dropping an all-new premium edition of the Air Max, coming in Dark Smoke Grey.
The Nike Air Max 1 Premium Dark Smoke Grey is made of high-quality materials, perfect for combatting rugged terrain and weather changes. The upper comes in shades of black and grey, made of leather, suede, nubuck, and nylon. Leather overlays pair nicely with nylon, nubuck, and textile underlays.
Hairy suede comes into play surrounding the top eyelets and the mudguard. Flash Crimson via the Swoosh on the tongue tag, Nike Air branding on the insoles and back heel, and visible Max Air unit in the heel add a pop of color to this dark-themed pair. A white midsole helps to break up the black and grey tones before giving way to a smokey grey translucent rubber outsole, which unveils a flash crimson-colored Swoosh underneath.
The Nike Air Max 1 Premium Dark Smoke Grey will release on August 15, 2024, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, retail is set at $160.
