Debuting in 1987, the classic Air Max 1 has gone through numerous colorways, some vibrant and some that are just simple yet clean. Nike is no stranger to pumping out their most excellent silhouettes for all ages, and they are not letting the kids down with their upcoming Air Max 1 Ready, Play edition.
The kids' exclusive Nike Air Max 1 Ready, Play has a variety of colors, from oil green on the mudguard to an orange tongue with a custom tag that reads "Ready, Play!" These two colors are complemented with white mesh underlays and sea glass overlays. A vivid sulfur-colored leather Swoosh adorns the sides, followed by a white midsole with sea glass speckles throughout. A solid, oil-green rubber outsole finishes things off for this Air Max 1.
The Nike Air Max 1 Ready, Play GS is set to release in December 2023. It will be available at Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Coming in gradeschool sizing, retail is set at $100.
