The Nike Air 180 is a historic pinnacle of innovation, as it pushed the boundaries of visible Air technology when it launched in 1991. More than three decades later, Nike is set to resurrect the silhouette in its OG Ultramarine colorway.
The Air 180 Ultramarine is expected to stay faithful to its original 1991 design, as reported by Complex’s Brenden Dunne, by retaining its mesh upper and suede overlays. A blue tint enlivens the Nike Swoosh, sock liner, and tongue lining, and is surrounded by white panels throughout the rest of the sneaker. Red accents provide a pop of vibrancy on the heel counter and the Air unit's TPU border. Just like the OG, the Air Bubble will feature 180 degrees of visible Air.
The Nike Air 180 Ultramarine (2024) will release on May 24, 2024, through Nike NBHD retailers online and in-store. The retail price is set at $150.
