Nike Dresses the Air Max 90 in Black, Smoke Grey, and Gum
The Nike Air Max 90 is a fan favorite from the Air Max family and has an enormous catalog of styles behind it. With bright renditions like the Air Max 90 Icons or Kiss My Airs on the way, Nike decides is also throwing a classic black, grey and gum look into the mix.
Black leather and tightly wound mesh wrap the bulky silhouette, with smooth leather appearing on the vamp and mesh covering the quarter. Textured leather wraps the mudguard, leaving a cutout for the dark grey Air Max branding to shine. Grey is used for the Swoosh in a color choice that, when combined with the texture, invokes an elephant's skin. More contrast is provided by sail heel branding. Dark grey carries on the theme for the midsole, with hits of black surrounding Air unit. Gum blankets the outsole for just a dash of color on this shadowy model.
The Nike Air Max 90 Black Smoke Grey Gum will release during the holiday 2023 season through Nike and select retailers, online and in-store. The retail price will be $130.
