The Nike Air Max 90 may have started as a runner but it's since transitioned into a staple of lifestyle wear. Alongside upcoming releases including "Obsidian Black Volt" and the 2023 redesign of the "Uwara," Nike is dressing the AM90 in Gore-Tex materials and a tonal “Olive” color scheme.
A testament to Nike's innovative approach to design, the Air Max 90 Gore-Tex Olive features Gore-Tex materials across its upper, enhancing its capabilities to tackle various weather conditions. A ballistic mesh on the toe box and collar displays a tonal green hue, offset by olive green leather adorning the mudguard and midfoot. Complementing the earthy tones, shades of burgundy are introduced on the vamp and leather overlay along the profile, with the overlay boasting bold "Gore-Tex" branding. The sneaker's sturdy structure is enhanced with black TPU on the lowermost eyestay and olive TPU on the top portion. Additional Gore-Tex branding is visible on the tonal olive tongue, matching the laces, Swoosh, and back heel tab. Underfoot sits a tan midsole with an olive portion containing the visible Air unit. Completing the colorway is a two-toned burgundy and green outsole.
The Nike Air Max 90 Gore-Tex Olive will release this holiday season through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Retailing at $160, the pair will be available in men's sizing.
