2022 has seen countless color schemes make their way to Air Max silhouettes, in part due to the line celebrating its 35th birthday. While many have been covered in vibrant colors, the latest Nike Air Max 90 Jewel appears in an all-over "Iron Grey."
Typical construction is utilized on this neutral-toned AM 90 with a mixture of nubuck, mesh, and plastic seen throughout. Mesh lands along the toebox and collar in a light grey shade while the tongue and sockliner partake in a darker variety. Accenting the lighter shades are nubuck panels that wrap from the toe, across the midfoot, and back to the heel with tonal stitching details to match. Dark black pops from the lace set as well as the jewel Swoosh located on the midfoot, though a lighter grey plastic does host the aforementioned lace set. Back on the heel tab, darker grey shades appear with Nike Air branding seen in black. Rounding out the look is the two-tone grey AM 90 midsole paired with a dark grey rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Max 90 Jewel Iron Grey is slated to release in 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $130.
