Next year marks the Air Max 90's 34th birthday, and to celebrate this massive milestone, the Oregon-based sportswear giant will be unleashing a bunch of must-own colorways, including the freshly-unveiled Nike Air Max 90 "White University Blue Dark Obsidian." Out of all of the pairs that have just been announced, this has got to be one of our favorites ones yet. In fact, if you didn't know any better, you'd very easily assume that this AM90 was one of Tinker Hatfield's OGs.
Boasting a multi-material upper, this Air Max 90 works on top of a crisp white mesh base while light gray suede wraps around the rest of the upper. University Blue hues adorn the lacing system and shaggy Swoosh, and across the mudguards Nike has added dark obsidian leather for a luxurious look and feel. Nike Air branding features across the tongue and rubber heel badge, and all of this sits on top of an impeccably clean Max Air midsole underfoot, which is lined with a series of complementary colors down below.
The Nike Air Max 90 White University Blue Dark Obsidian is set to release February 21, 2023, in men's sizes for $130.
