The Nike Air Max Plus is revered as one of the most recognizable silhouettes from the Air Max line. While this Tuned Air masterpiece may not be as well-received here in the US as it is overseas in Europe, the sneaker is still coveted worldwide. Next up for the Nike Air Max Plus is a "Disco Purple Teal Nebula" rendition, taking inspiration from the classic Air Jordan 5.
Coming in a disco purple, black, teal nebula, space purple, white, and metallic silver colorway, this Nike Air Max Plus is reminiscent of the Air Jordan 5 Retro "Alternate Grape." A classic nylon upper is dressed in a gradient that goes from white to purple, with black accents on the rest of the sneaker. Teal detailing outlines the Swoosh on the sides, branding on the tongue badge and insoles, and the Tuned Air cushioning throughout the midsole. The midsole comes in white, helping to break up the black and purple theme that dominates the upper. Finishing things off is a solid black rubber outsole with small hits of teal.
The Nike Air Max Plus Disco Purple Teal Nebula is set to release on August 29, 2023. They will be available via Nike, SNKRS, and select NSW retailers. Coming in men's sizing, retail is set at $175.
