To reintroduce the Nike Air Max Sunder, Nike brought forth multiple hi-vis, vibrant colorways, including the Canyon Gold, Highlighter Green, and Highlighter Pink renditions. While we’ve seen more toned-down iterations lately, from the upcoming White Burgundy Crush to the recently released Black Gold, Spring 2025 will host another hi-vis rendition with a new Safety Orange pair.
The mesh base of this Air Max Sunder takes on the titular Safety Orange hue, grounded by black and white accents throughout. Black nubuck makes up the mudguard that covers the bottom half of the upper, with this panel also featuring white TPU geometric plugs. More white is on the mini Swoosh on the lateral collar, the Air text on the vamp, and the combination of these logos on the pull tab. As with other Air Max Sunders, the tongue and lacing setup are concealed by the zipper shroud, which also hides a nod to the early 2000s. The numbers 6, 4, 5, and 3 are placed on the tongue, spelling out Nike if you use an old phone keypad. Underfoot sits a white foam midsole with Air units in the forefoot and heel paired with a black and orange rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Max Sunder Safety Orange W will release in Spring 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $180.
