Summertime is here, which means it's time to bust out a crispy pair of white kicks. If you’re looking to switch up your usual all-white Vans or AF1’s, Nike has you covered with a basketball-focused silhouette turned lifestyle sneaker. That is the upcoming Nike Air More Uptempo "White Grey Red."
Dressing the upper is a clean white smooth and tumbled leather with the latter appearing on the toe and AIR writing along the midfoot. Red accent features come courtesy of the embroidered Nike Swoosh on the toebox, bungee pull-tab, and red jewel Nike Swoosh located on the heel. The monochromatic white look is also visible via the mesh tongue and white lace combo, working up to a semi-hidden Nike Swoosh also given the red treatment. Accenting the white sockliner is a red insole with Nike Air branding stamped in white. Underfoot, a grey and white combo dress the foam midsole while a grey rubber outsole with red and white seen throughout finishes the look.
The Nike Air More Uptempo White Grey Red is set to release in 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
