Throughout its history, the Nike Dunk has seen countless iterations whether that be the birth of the SB Dunk or variations of the standard Nike Sportswear version like the upcoming Nike Dunk Low Remastered. Adding to this list, we got first looks at the Nike Dunk High See-Thru earlier in the year, a take on the model that cuts away various panels to let you “see-thru” the construction. Now the silhouette has just emerged in a clean “Pistachio” colorway.
While the model still utilized a full-leather upper, the panels throughout get cut away to reveal multiple colors that contrast the primarily navy blue and pistachio green shades. Along the toebox, quarter panel, tongue, and collar you’ll find the latter of the two shades while navy blue takes over the mudguard, eyestays, and heel overlay. Patches that reveal a second layer are spotted near the mudguard with yellow and green hits while blue shades make their mark along the midfoot. Also located here is a split Swoosh design, coming in navy blue until you reach the tip. Our final contrasting hit of color is visible back on the heel overlay where an orange-brown leather panel sits. Rounding out the entire design is the white Dunk midsole paired with a navy rubber outsole.
The Nike Dunk High See-Thru Pistachio is set to release in 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is TBA.
