If you thought hype surrounding the Dunk was dying down, you'd be very wrong. After checking out the "Brown Snakeskin," "Chicago," and "Light Bone" just this week, we're now taking our very first look at the Nike Dunk High "Summit White Pure Platinum." One of the next colorways to hit the Beaverton-based brand's ever-popular basketball shoe, this is the perfect addition to any sneakerhead's Spring and Summer rotation.
As clean as it gets, this Dunk High is the epitome of simple yet striking. Outfitted in a full leather construction that's soft and smooth to the touch, it works on top of a gray pure platinum base and is overlaid by crisp summit white panels across the toebox, lacing system, and ankle. A Swoosh shoots through the lateral and medial sidewalls, and both logos meet around the back to form the model's signature mini pull tab. Perforations on the toebox offer the ultimate breathing experience both on and off the court, and this is finished off with an off-white midsole underfoot, finalizing the design.
Releasing overseas first on January 9th, 2023, the Nike Dunk High Summit White Pure Platinum will be available in men's sizes for $115. Expected to launch at Nike, the SNKRS app, and select retailers in the States within the coming weeks, if you're looking for a more in-depth breakdown of the Dunk, check out our Nike Dunk Buyers Guide, and keep it locked to our Twitter andMobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
