Although many may be tired of the Dunk Low silhouette, Nike still finds new ways to innovate and add to the franchise's historical lineage. Outside of swapping materials, changing the color palette, or adding collaborators to the mix, we’ve seen the model gain hardware on select colorways. This practice rings true on the latest Dunk Low, as Nike adds a wavy TPU cage to the silhouette.
While the added cage draws immediate attention, the color palette remains subdued with a summit white and sea glass mixture. The titular hue marks the toebox, midfoot panel, and collar, while the leather overlays along the mudguard, eyestays, and heel overlay. Organic, wavy TPU that appears almost like melted glass covers the overlays, runs back to the heel, and wraps around the other side of the upper. A jeweled Swoosh pops along the midfoot, using a summit white color to match the overlays. Underfoot sits a white rubber midsole paired with a sea glass rubber outsole.
The Nike Dunk Low LX Sea Glass W will release in Spring 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $140.
