Earth-tones are one of the hottest color palettes in fashion right now, popularized by the likes of Travis Scott and JJJJOUND in the sneaker world. It’s no wonder we’ve seen plenty of silhouettes coming dressed in chocolatey browns and shades of tan, especially the Nike Dunk Low. Recently revealed is a Neapolitan-inspired take on a remixed version of the Swooshes most popular sneaker, the Nike Dunk Low.
This Nike Dunk Low Scrape features an upper that comes in a hodgepodge of materials, many of which are left over pieces from the factory floor. Dressing these sustainable materials is a light brown mesh and leather along the tongue, toebox, Nike Swoosh and sockliner. Complementing this, and helping the “Neapolitan” vibe is a mixture of pink hits on the eyestays and heel tab, as well as creams that make up the perforated leather base. Deep chocolate browns placed along the medial side work well with the burgundy shades found on the heel overlay nearby. Rounding out the look is a white Dunk midsole paired with a tan rubber outsole.
The Nike Dunk Low Scrap Neapolitan is set to release in 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, the retail price is set at $120.
