For its latest iteration of the Nike GT Cut 3, Nike looks to celebrate the Chinese High School Basketball League (CHBL), paying homage to China's vibrant youth basketball culture.
The CHBL edition of the GT Cut 3 showcases an eye-catching color palette of white, black, and gold, reflecting high school basketball's competitive spirit and excellence in China. The shoe's upper utilizes a mix of textile and neoprene materials, featuring a unique split-color design. The sneaker's lateral side is presented in crisp white, while the medial side contrasts sharply in black. Gold accents provide a luxurious touch, adorning the eyelets, TPU shank, and the prominent Swoosh logo, highlighting the shoe's sleek lines and performance features. The heel features Chinese characters and a distinctive "1" tab on the left shoe, adding cultural significance and a personal touch to the design.
Underneath, the shoe is fitted with a ZoomX cushioned midsole, segmented in white, black, and gold, ensuring responsive comfort and effective energy return on the court.
