LeBron James’ sneaker line with Nike is more than just his mainline signature performance basketball sneaker. He’s introduced his new training silhouette, the Nike LeBron TR1, and has continued to launch new takedown models like the NXXT Gen and the NXXT Gen Ampd. Continuing the NXXT Gen series is the third iteration of the model, the NXXT Genisus.
Pictured in the Bright Crimson Sundial colorway, the silhouette retains the same general shape seen on previous NXXT Gen models and features similar branding elements. However, the tooling and the construction of the upper is radically different. On the base, we see a thin mesh with a wild, ‘90s-esque pattern in a contrasting red hue, while more red hits the mesh portions of the tongue. Here, we see a new lacing setup with nylon lace loops and LeBron James’ signature atop the tongue.
Moving toward the midfoot, we see the double Swoosh construction, one large black logo outline in sundial and a mini iridescent one with yellow “X” stitching details that run back toward the heel. The sockliner nearby features thick, cushioned padding for lockdown and comfort, while the insole comes with NXXT Genisus branding. Down below, the sole unit changes compared to the OG NXXT Gen, featuring a new foam setup and a different traction pattern on the outsole.
The Nike LeBron NXXT Genisus Bright Crimson Sundial will release on March 1, 2025, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $150.
