Sabrina Ionescu's Nike Sabrina 1 Spark Releases September 1

Sabrina Ionescu's first signature shoe, the Nike Sabrina 1, is finally set to debut. Sabrina has been creating waves on the court with her athletic prowess and is poised to make an equal impact in sneakers with her first signature model from Nike. The release of the Sabrina 1 also marks just the 12th time in history a WNBA player has received a signature sneaker.

This “Spark” rendition of the Sabrina 1 is a representation of Sabrina’s passion and dynamism on and off the court. Dressed in a compelling purple hue, the shoe's engineered mesh upper provides a striking backdrop for the overall design. The toebox utilizes a golden textile material, while a lighter tan highlights the center of the toe. A matching nylon strap runs along the purple mesh tongue, leading to a similarly shaded golden circle housing Sabrina's "S" logo. Black outlines the Swoosh at midfoot, while Sabrina's signature is debossed on the heel. An almost-vertical black Swoosh graces the medial side for a unique twist on the ubiquitous mark. Underneath, the midsole boasts Nike React foam and Air Zoom cushioning with a purple-to-coconut-milk gradient. The design is completed with a black outsole punctuated by more tan hits at the center.

The Nike Sabrina 1 Spark W will release September 1, 2023 (alongside the "Ionic" colorway) through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in extended women's sizing, the retail price is set at $130.
