The origins of the Nike SB Dunk date back to before Nike even had a dedicated skateboarding division. Nike Sportswear offered a series of “Pro B” Dunk Lows in the late ‘90s that featured the fatter tongue and extra padding that eventually made its way onto Nike SB’s version of the Dunk. While the model was discontinued once the SB Dunk Low hit the market, Nike SB is bringing back the aesthetic of these Pro B releases with new colorways coming in 2025. Including the already-previewed Parachute Beige, an all-new Pale Ivory edition is coming.
This pair of SB Dunk Low Pro Bs comes in a similar construction to the aforementioned Parachute Beige, with a buttery suede covering most of the paneling. Contrasting both in terms of material and color are the canvas details of the tongue and collar, which take on a summit white shade compared to the pale ivory suede seen through most of the sneaker. Laces continue this pale ivory hue, resting below a Nike SB-branded tongue tag. Padding on the tongue remains consistent with other SB Dunk Lows and the Pro B Dunk, though the sockliner's padding is reduced compared to standard SB Dunk Lows. The tonal rubber midsole finishes the design and is paired with a gum rubber outsole.
The Nike SB Dunk Low Pro B Pale Ivory will release in Summer 2025 through select Nike SB retailers and possibly via Nike online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $125.
