In 2023, Nike SB revisited this beloved model, introducing the OG+ variant—a modern refresh that maintains the classic aesthetic of the original 2009 design. Now, a new University Red Gum variant has emerged.
Drawing inspiration from the recent Nike SB Dunk Low University Red release, this SB Zoom Janoski OG+ transitions from the traditional suede and canvas materials to a premium all-over leather construction, bathed in a striking university red hue. The design is accentuated with crisp white embroidery on the Swoosh, offering a stark contrast against the vibrant red backdrop. Additional details include Stefan Janoski branding on the tongue in a subtle orange hue, mirroring the color found on the insole where an orange label Nike SB logo is stitched onto the red insert. Completing the ensemble is the signature gum rubber midsole and outsole, providing both style and function suitable for skateboarding and casual wear.
The Nike SB Zoom Janoski OG+ University Red Gum will release in Summer 2024 through Nike SB-affiliated skate shops and Nike online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $95.
