A part of the Nike Doernbecher Freestyle XVII Collection, this Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski was designed by Catalina Vazquez. One of seven OHSU patients selected to work on the latest Nike x Doernbecher Collection, Vazquez was diagnosed with Von Hippel-Lindau disease. But like a butterfly, she emerged from various surgeries determined to raise awareness for her condition.
Inspired by exotic locations, this Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski “Doernbecher” edition comes in a white, copa, black, and crimson bliss colorway. Featuring a full canvas upper, split between teal and white, with an embroidered multi-color butterfly graphic on the toe. DNA helix graphics are found throughout along with “The cure is in our genes” prominent on the sides of the white vulcanized soles. Each pair comes with a custom hangtag and special packaging.
The Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Doernbecher is set to release in 2022. It will drop at Nike exclusively, both in-store, online, and via the SNKRS app. Coming in men’s sizes, retail is set at $85. Keep it locked to our Twitter and Mobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
