As we close out the first half of 2023, Nike Inc. has announced a series of leadership changes. These changes affect all brands under the Nike umbrella, including Jordan Brand and Converse. With the moves, Nike aims to expand its momentum further by fostering deeper integration across the business and tapping into new potential.

Sarah Mensah, currently North America's vice president/GM, has been named president of Jordan Brand. With her extensive experience and proven leadership abilities, Mensah is well-positioned to drive the growth and success of the iconic Jordan Brand. Her deep understanding of the brand's intersection of sport, culture, and community will further elevate Jordan Brand's position in the market. Her appointment highlights Nike's dedication to fostering diversity and empowering talented individuals within the organization.

Heidi O'Neill, previously the president of Consumer & Marketplace, will assume the role of president, Consumer, Product & Brand at Nike Inc. Craig Williams, the former president of Jordan Brand, will now serve as president, Geographies & Marketplace at Nike Inc. Scott Uzzell, currently the CEO of Converse, will transition to vice president/GM for North America.

In addition, Matthew Friend, executive vice president and CFO, will take on additional responsibilities at Nike Inc. COO Andy Campion will also take on a new leadership role as managing director, Strategic Business Ventures. Michael Spillane, president, Consumer Creation, will retire from NIKE, Inc. later in 2023 after 16 years with the company.
