Launched in 2018, SNKRS Pass allowed Nike+ Members to reserve select releases in-store at their local retailer. When a release would become available on the SNKRS app for in-store reservations, a separate landing page would launch for the SNKRS Pass for that specific sneaker in specific regions. Those fortunate enough to score a reservation would then have to follow the directions on how to cop that pair of kicks on release day from the store they reserved their size from.
Fast forward to 2022, Nike is revamping the process to mimic its “Draw” option, seen on select releases via the SNKRS app. Now, instead of going to said SNKRS Pass landing page and hoping to get your reservation in, you now have a timed window where you can enter the draw and get notified if you were chosen for the in-store reservation. This new layer of bot filtration will allow for more Nike+ Members to have a better chance at reserving sought-after pairs.
While not live yet, the new Nike SNKRS Pass update will be going into effect within the next few weeks. So keep an eye on your app to see how this all plays out. Keep it locked to our Twitter and Mobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
