The Nike Terminator has been experiencing a surge in popularity since its return in late 2022. Collaborations from CDG, original colorways such as "Georgetown," and new pairs like "BETRUE" have kept the Terminator High on sneakerhead's radar. As we continue in 2023, Nike has plenty more in store for the Terminator, including the return of the "Seattle" edition.
Initially released in 2004 as a part of the "Nike Rewind" collection, the Nike Terminator High "Seattle" draws inspiration from the Supersonics uniforms from 1971. A wide range of matching team apparel and accessories were released alongside the kicks. Staying true to its predecessor, the 2023 edition of the Nike Terminator High "Seattle" will come in a black forest, white, and del sol colorway. Sporting an all-leather upper, yellow overlays are paired with green underlays. To break up the two-tone color scheme, Nike has applied white via the laces, Swoosh, back heel collar, lining, and midsole. As for the custom-printed tongue tags seen on the 2004 release, this new retro replaces the "71" with "79."
The Nike Terminator High Seattle is set to release in the holiday season through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $125.
