At the end of last year, Nike brought back the legendary Terminator High from 1985. Regarded by many Swoosh fans as one of the most iconic basketball models of all-time, it made its hardcourt debut in "Georgetown," "St. John's," and of course, "Michigan" colorways. Now, it looks like the Oregon-based brand has plans to bring back the latter in low-top form with the upcoming Nike Terminator Low OG "Michigan" - and here's everything that we know so far.
Referencing the University of Michigan's official school colors, the Terminator Low OG, which is returning for the first time since 2014, features a full leather construction that's smooth and supple to the touch. Working on top of a bold university gold base, navy panels wrap around the toe area and lacing system, while a Swoosh shoots through the lateral and medial sidewalls for that unmistakable Beaverton aesthetic. Around the heel, you'll find a blocky "NIKE" logo that's inspired by the '80s, and down below, the midsole is dipped in a crisp white scheme and finished with a tread that's similar to what you'd find on the Blazer.
The Nike Terminator Low OG Michigan is set to release on June 13, 2023. It will available in men's sizes for $120. Expected to launch at Nike, the SNKRS app, and select NBHD retailers both online and in-store. Keep it locked on our Twitter and download our officialMobile App for your best chance to cop!
