While Nike has dug into the archives and revived older models like the Zoom Vomero 5, The Swoosh’s latest footwear design draws inspiration from the Y2K era of runners. Fully embracing the retro aesthetic, we have official looks at the Nike V2K Run Summit White Metallic Silver.
Leaning into the popular dad shoe trend, the model features metallic silver leather panels around the toe and vamp, while stark white mesh acts as the model's base layer. TPU overlays at midfoot help with durability and host a silver Nike Swoosh outlined in black. Icy blue laces contrast the white tongue and black Nike branding above. Underfoot, the Cushlon-infused midsole comes in a creamy vintage finish, with black TPU adding rigidity to the cushioning setup. Rounding out the design is the partially recycled black rubber outsole.
The Nike V2K Run Summit White Metallic Silver (W) will release this fall through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in women's sizing, the retail price is set at $110.
