Dating back to 2018, Virgil Abloh has been creating limited edition Air Force 1’s via his Off-White imprint in partnership with some of the biggest museums in the US. Up next, a previously unreleased sample will come to retail. The Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Low in “Light Green Spark” is set to release alongside the Virgil Abloh: Figures Of Speech exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum. The exhibit will begin on July 1st, 2022 and run through January 29th, 2023.
Taking design cues from previous Off-White x Nike Air Force 1’s, this pair features an all-leather upper, dressed in light green spark. The deconstructed tongue paired with exposed foam lining. A metallic silver Swoosh adorns the sides with dual OW x Nike branding on the medial. Signature “Air” branding in Helvetica is also present on the green midsole/outsole combo.
The Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Low Light Green Spark is set to release on September 9th, 2022 through Off-White's website as well as a rumored Nike SNKRS release through their Pass method. A standard Nike SNKRS release will take place on September 13th. It will drop in partnership with the Brooklyn Museum coinciding with the Virgil Abloh: Figures Of Speech exhibit that begins on July 1st, 2022. Coming in men’s sizing, retail is set at $160.
