Palace and Thrasher come together for their first ever collaboration for Palace's Spring/Summer 2024 capsule. This collab would have crushed in like 2017, but our 2023 selves will have to settle. The drop is highlighted by tees, hoodies, and hats with the iconic flaming Thrasher logo treatment applied to the Palace logo. Palace is no stranger to mimicking popular branding treatments for their own logos, but the co-sign here makes sense.
One of my favorite things about Palace collabs are the accompanying marketing videos. Compared to some of their past videos this one was a bit lackluster if only because it was "just" skateboarding. Hard to trump the Palace x Reebok collab vid featuring Jonah Hill doing his best Michael Cera impression or the extremely sick Palace x Kappa launch video.
The collab goes live alongside the 4th drop from their Spring 2024 line at 11:00 am EST online at the Palace Webstore as well as at each of their retail stores.
