Over its history, the Reebok Question Low has been host to some of the most memorable collabs to come from the Boston-based footwear manufacturer with some recent projects being with sports cards legends Panini on some ultra-limited sneakers paying homage to AI himself. While the latest collaboration on the silhouette may not be directly nodding to the sport of basketball, Taiwanese fashion label and retailer PHANTACi brings ultra-lux vibes to the model.
Taking on a mainly black appearance, the silhouette features its iconic patent leather toebox in this same shade and pink accents throughout. This black-on-black hue continues on the lace and tongue set while the tag up top hosts a Reebok vector logo and “PH” text in pink. Below this and also found along the quarter panel is a monogram print utilized by the PHANTACi that they dub “obscure luxury” with the latter of the two locations hosting a blacked-out vector logo. Back on the heel, this same print continues with the Question logo stamped in pink while the typical “3” logo down on the heel gets replaced with PHANTACi’s. Rounding out the look is the white Hexalite cushioned midsole paired with a pink rubber outsole.
The PHANTACi x Reebok Question Low is currently available on PHANTACi’s website, though a wider release in Japan through Reebok is set to go down on Christmas Day 2022. Releasing in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at 4,850 NT (approx $160 USD).
