Supreme has a long history with Nike that spans over two decades. However, the streetwear titan has only worked with Jordan Brand once during this period, back in 2015. After rumors over the past year pointing to a new project between the two and plenty of celebrities and athletes spotted wearing this new apparel, Supreme has officially announced its newest Jordan Brand apparel collection. Unfortunately for sneakerheads, there is no footwear component to the collection. Previously, we saw Jordan Brand and Supreme work on the Air Jordan 5 silhouette, giving it Camo, Black, and White makeovers.
This Fall/Winter 2024 capsule includes a puffer jacket, track jacket, hooded sweatshirt, jersey, S/S top, track pants, sweatpants, shorts, headband, socks, a bag, and basketball. The pieces stick to neutral tones for the most part, with a track jacket and pants offering some color with a beef and broccoli color scheme for one set and a navy/light blue for another. The jerseys also come with the same color options and an all-black look. Arguably, the highlight of this new project is the photo tee.
Last time around, Supreme employed Michael Jordan himself for the photo tee in the collection, but this time, an NYC legend, The Notorious B.I.G., is featured. Biggie wears a white t-shirt with “Air Jordan Collection” branding in the photo. Supreme adds its iconic red logo to the bottom corner of the image. Final pieces in the collection include Supreme and Jumpman co-branded accessories, from headbands and a drawstring bag to a basketball.
The Supreme x Jordan Brand Fall/Winter 2024 Collection will release on October 3, 2024, through Supreme online and in-store. A release in Asia will take place on October 5. Retail prices depend on the item, with the puffer jacket at $368 and the short-sleeved photo tee at $48.
