Housed in Lower Manhattan, The Flower Shop may sound like a floral shop, but it is a local go-to bar/restaurant. Alongside serving cocktails and dishes, The Flower Shop and its founders, Dylan Hales and Ronnie Flynn, have experience in the fashion world. Prior to opening the restaurant, Ronnie had worked for Supreme and A-Life, while Dylan worked as the GM of Ralph Lauren’s Rugby Cafe in Georgetown. To mark The Flower Shop’s 14th collaboration in the fashion space, they’ve partnered with adidas to launch an exclusive Gazelle colorway.
Inspired by 70s dining culture, the sneaker features gold zodiac vinyl Three Stripes on the midfoot. This same material lands on the heel tab, while the rest of the upper comes in a clean black suede finish, covering the toe, vamp, eyestays, and midfoot. The Flower Shop replaces the usual Gazelle text on the midfoot, while the Trefoil and adidas logos on the tongue are debossed into the leather. Inside, the insole takes on a similar floral design found on the wallpaper inside The Flower Shop, alongside co-branding for both labels. The last hit of The Flower Shop branding is located on the heel tab, with the brand’s floral logo found in a black finish. Rounding out the look is the black rubber midsole and outsole.
