While we’ve seen colorful iterations like the upcoming Lake Bled rendition, there has been a clamor for something more toned down. Answering this call and veering from its typically vibrant palette comes the Jordan Luka 2 Black Bright Crimson.
The construction of this Jordan Luka 2 remains consistent, embracing a tri-blend of nubuck, TPU, and engineered mesh. The engineered mesh base, the sturdy nubuck overlays, and the TPU film that grace the vamp and midfoot all bathe in the elegant black hue. Adding depth to this dominant color is the grey finish, speckled with black, that extends from the sole unit onto the sneaker's upper. The radiant crimson accents adorn the Luka logo, and the iconic Jumpman on the tongue asserts their presence. This striking crimson shade also punctuates the vamp and covers the Latin phrase, split between the left and right heels, “Non Desistas Non Exieris” (translating to Never Give Up Never Surrender). A pristine white foam midsole and a semi-translucent grey rubber outsole finalize the design.
The Jordan Luka 2 Black Bright Crimson will release October 3, 2023 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers both online and in-store.
