Verdy, the visionary behind the beloved streetwear brand Girls Don't Cry, continues to weave his magic in the sneaker world, this time extending his collaboration with Nike SB. Known for his distinctive design approach and the creation of instantly iconic pieces, Verdy's partnership with Nike SB has already brought us memorable sneakers that fuse art with skate culture, including the recently revealed Nike SB Dunk Low Visty. Now, we have news that another character of Verdy’s will be translated into an SB Dunk Low with the white-and-black panda/rabbit character Vick.
Just like the anticipated Verdy x Nike SB Dunk Low Vick, we see a faux fur covering most of the upper with this pair opting for the material on all paneling. Colorblocking mimics that of the Dunk Low Panda with white underlays and black overlays. As for branding, Verdy’s mark is displayed along the tongue tag and on the lateral heel with his Vick character, while a Nike Swoosh and SB branding are found on the midfoot and heel, respectively. Rounding out the look is the tonal midsole and outsole.
The Verdy x Nike SB Dunk Low Vick is rumored to be a friends-and-family version of Verdy's upcoming SB Dunk Low collab. If the pair does end up releasing, expect select SB retailers and possibly Nike to host a release. The retail price is set at $135.
