New York-based artist Tyrrell Winston is renowned for his urban-inspired art, often weaving the city's essence into his works. His latest collaboration with Reebok brings this unique aesthetic to the footwear realm, reimagining two of the brand's most iconic silhouettes: the Club C 85 and Classic Leather. Winston's approach blends simplicity with subtle detailing, creating sneakers that resonate with his artistic philosophy and Reebok's timeless design.
The collaboration sees the Classic Leather model embracing a minimalistic look, predominantly featuring crisp white shades with slight grey accents, creating a clean and versatile appearance. The Club C 85, on the other hand, showcases a classic White Navy color scheme, adding a touch of sophistication to its traditional design. Both pairs are adorned with Winston's distinctive NY logo, elegantly placed on the tongue and heel, infusing his signature style into these iconic Reebok models. Winston's signature, which adds a personal touch, is delicately debossed into the leather at the heel, solidifying the collaboration's unique identity. Underneath, both sneakers feature a pristine white midsole. The Club C 85 elevates its design with a semi-translucent rubber sole, intricately showcasing the year “1985,” a nod to the sneaker's heritage. The Classic Leather variant follows suit with a clear semi-translucent rubber sole but with the added detail of Winston’s signature, enhancing its exclusivity and appeal.
The Tyrrell Winston x Reebok Club C 85 and Classic Leather released November 10, 2023, via Tyrrell Winston’s website, and will also drop on the 17th via Reebok and select retailers. Both sneakers will retail for $140. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
