After 40 years around the sun, the Nike Air Force 1 still has its place in the hearts of sneakerheads and casual consumers alike. To celebrate this milestone achievement, The Swoosh has dressed the humble silhouette in a variety of makeups alongside working with new collaborators like UNO and long-time partners like Off-White. After last year's Undefeated AF1 vs Dunk collection that saw a three-pack of each silhouette release, it looks like 2022 has more in store from the LA-based retailer when it comes to the AF1. With looks at two different UNDFTD x Nike Air Force 1 Low Patent Leather colorways, a third rendition has appeared in a slightly less loud color combo.
Neutral shades clash with vibrant hues across the patent leather upper as the mudguard and toebox come in grey and white respectively, while from the quarter panel back bright colors appear. A yellow vamp and eyestays host a set of white laces, held together on the bottommost eyestay by a “UNDFTD” branded lace dubrae. Atop the blue mesh tongue sits another UNDFTD branding detail as its 5 strikes symbol gets covered in orange while the same logo gets debossed on the teal overlay back on the heel. As for the Nike Swoosh, a green-tinted semi-translucent material is used while it reaches back and tucks beneath a dark blue heel tab. Underfoot, a white-on-white rubber midsole and outsole complete the look.
