Cali-based streetwear brand and retailer Undefeated continues its longstanding partnership with Nike, a union that has consistently brought us innovative designs year after year. February 2024 marks the release of their latest project, the second pack of the Undefeated x Nike Air Terra Humara, following the successful revival of the Terra Humara model in December of 2023.
This new Undefeated x Nike Air Terra Humara duo includes two distinct colorways, offering a fresh take on this classic trail-inspired silhouette. The first, spotted on Undefeated co-founder Eric Peng Cheng, showcases a striking Cargo Khaki color scheme. Its companion piece will come in a Light Menta colorway. These sneakers stay true to the construction of the first Undefeated x Air Terra Humara pack, blending durability and style seamlessly.
Key features include:
- Rubber reinforcements at the toe and heel for added protection.
- A breathable mesh base for comfort.
- Overlays of suede and leather enhance the sneaker's visual depth.
These features combine various materials for both aesthetic appeal and functional resilience. Olive tones dominate the suede mudguard and leather midfoot panel, complementing an iron grey mesh base and lace set.
Undefeated's influence is evident in the subtle yet impactful branding details. The leather Nike Swoosh is adorned with a blue tag featuring "UNDFTD," an unmistakable nod to the collaborator's signature style. Additional co-branding elements are tastefully placed on the heel tab and insole, further cementing this partnership's legacy.
Functionality isn't sacrificed for style, as evidenced by the carefully constructed sole unit. The midsole features a cream base with black speckling, adding an element of ruggedness. This base is paired with a durable grey and orange outsole, ensuring the sneaker is as ready for outdoor adventures and urban explorations.
Alongside this Cargo Khaki rendition is the Light Menta colorway. This pair sports a similar mesh base while shades of light menta, purple, blue, and pink pop on select portions of the upper.
The Undefeated x Nike Air Terra Humara Pack will release on February 24, 2024, through Undefeated online and in-store. The Light Menta colorway will release via Nike SNKRS on February 28. Coming in men’s sizing, each pair in the pack will retail for $170.
