As the college basketball season heads into its most exciting stretch with March Madness, Under Armour has unveiled its first-ever NIL class of collegiate athletes, highlighting six standout student-athletes nationwide.

The Class of 2025 includes Lauren Betts (UCLA), Flory Bidunga (Kansas), Jaloni Cambridge (Ohio State), Te-Hina Paopao (South Carolina), Tahaad Pettiford (Auburn), and Zakai Zeigler (Tennessee). Each of these players represents Under Armour’s commitment to pushing the game forward—both on and off the court. Through exclusive storytelling and digital activations, the brand will shine a light on their individual paths, resilience, and pursuit of greatness throughout the NCAA postseason.

Lauren Betts (UCLA, Center)

Lauren Betts has been a dominant force in the paint and a key contributor for the UCLA Bruins, averaging 19.7 points and nearly 10 rebounds per game this season. The Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year has established herself as one of the premier post players in the country. Beyond college hoops, Betts boasts an impressive international resume, winning two FIBA gold medals with Team USA and a silver at the 2023 FIBA AmeriCup.

Flory Bidunga (Kansas, Forward)

A freshman at Kansas, Flory Bidunga is already making his presence felt with his 6.1 points, 5.5 rebounds per game, and a staggering 73.8% field goal percentage—the highest on the team. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Bidunga’s basketball journey is remarkable, having gone from no organized experience as a sophomore to becoming a McDonald’s All-American and two-time Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year before joining the Jayhawks.

Jaloni Cambridge (Ohio State, Point Guard)

Big Ten Freshman of the Year Jaloni Cambridge has wasted no time making an impact at Ohio State. Averaging 16 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game, the No. 2 overall recruit in the class of 2024 has seamlessly transitioned from leading Montverde Academy to three national championships to thriving in the college ranks. Cambridge’s elite speed and playmaking ability make her one of the most exciting young guards in the game.

Te-Hina Paopao (South Carolina, Guard)

A senior leader for South Carolina, Te-Hina Paopao has played a crucial role in the Gamecocks’ 2024 National Championship run. Averaging 10.2 points and 3 assists per game, the All-America honoree has proven to be one of the country's most consistent and reliable guards. Before her collegiate success, Paopao was a McDonald’s All-American and the California Gatorade Player of the Year in high school.

Tahaad Pettiford (Auburn, Point Guard)

As a freshman at Auburn, Tahaad Pettiford has been instrumental in the Tigers' No. 1 AP Top 25 ranking, averaging 11.3 points and 2.9 assists per game. A 2024 McDonald’s All-American, Pettiford has always embraced high-pressure moments, showing his leadership and elite scoring ability on one of the best teams in the nation. Earlier this season, he surprised his teammates with new Curry Brand sneakers.

Zakai Zeigler (Tennessee, Guard)

Zakai Zeigler, one of the toughest defenders in college basketball, has built a reputation as a relentless competitor for Tennessee. The 2023-24 SEC Defensive Player of the Year and First-Team All-SEC selection continues to lock up the best guards in the country while averaging 13.5 points, 7.4 assists, and 1.9 steals per game. His record-breaking career steals mark at Tennessee cements his status as one of the Volunteers' all-time greats.

Under Armour’s Vision for the Future

Under Armour’s Senior VP of Global Sports Marketing, Sean Eggert, emphasized that these six players embody the Under Armour mindset: relentless, gritty, and always striving for more.

“This roster represents not only some of the top college basketball talent in the country but also the diversity of paths that lead to success,” said Eggert. “These athletes have each had their own unique journeys, and we look forward to amplifying their stories and continuing to support their growth, both on and off the court, as they make their mark during March Madness.”

Under Armour’s NIL campaign will roll out across digital platforms, giving fans exclusive behind-the-scenes access to these athletes' stories as they battle through the NCAA Tournament. With Lauren Betts, Flory Bidunga, Jaloni Cambridge, Te-Hina Paopao, Tahaad Pettiford, and Zakai Zeigler leading the charge, Under Armour’s future in college basketball looks quite strong.
