Steph Curry used this year’s Olympic Games to reveal his latest signature sneaker to the world: the Under Armour Curry 12. After the Podium Pack hit shelves, Under Armour and Curry Brand graced us with the Curry Camp colorway. Continuing the galactic-like theme, a brand-new pair dubbed Gravity has appeared. Two other iterations have just been revealed alongside this pair, including the Shooting Star and Wardell Mode colorways.
Earlier this year, Sole Retriever was fortunate to attend a media event showcasing some of these colorways, with the brand sharing that this Gravity colorway comes inspired by Curry’s presence on the court. A clean light grey upper takes over the breathable engineered mesh upper, continuing toward the molded tongue, which features an homage to Curry with the phrase “Greatest shooter ever.” Back on the heel sits an external, 3D-molded TPU counter for support in a semi-translucent black finish. Contrasting these neutral hues are pops of volt along the overlay near the lateral toe and the piping of the Curry logo atop the tongue. Finishing the look is the white UA Flow midsole with a black TPU insert that contains a gradient hits of volt green paired with a tonal UA Flow outsole.
The Under Armour Curry 12 Gravity will release on October 18, 2024, through Under Armour and select retailers online and in-store. Available in full-family sizing, retail set at $140 for men, $100 for GS, and $90 for PS.
